Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order, unless otherwise stated. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. If your item arrived damaged or has a quality defect, please provide photos as evidence.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your request and provide you with the return address and instructions.
Once you receive return confirmation, please ship the item back within 15 days and provide a tracking number to us.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For returns based on personal reasons, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns that meet our return conditions.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact our support team.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer service with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return the product following the return process outlined above.
